Job Title: HVAC Estimator / Project Manager
Location: Palm Desert, CA
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
Shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday (with potential weekend overtime)

Role Overview:
As an HVAC Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in estimating the costs and overseeing the installation and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess job site conditions to provide accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and finalize project sales
- Source and purchase materials at competitive prices
- Coordinate the timely delivery of job materials
- Review and analyze contract documents to identify potential issues and cost implications
- Request necessary extensions of time in accordance with contract stipulations
- Monitor project cost reports and recommend actions for managing overruns
- Code and approve project invoices
- Resolve design and detail challenges in collaboration with homeowners, design agents, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain organized records of material suppliers, equipment rental rates, and qualified subcontractors
