Position Overview
As a Seasonal Stock & Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our boutique runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time, seasonal position that runs from mid-September through early January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities• Assist with shipping and receiving of merchandise• Tag and prepare new inventory for the sales floor• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and stock areas• Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise as needed• Uphold store standards for organization, accuracy, and efficiency• Contribute to the overall holiday experience for customers through reliable and timely support
What We’re Looking For• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn• Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required
Details• Starting pay: $17/hour• Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours. • Seasonal roles run mid-September through the second week of January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
