• Auto-refraction systems, Optos California, OCT, Fundus camera

• Electrophysiology (VEP/ERG), Topography, B-scan, HFA

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care

• Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease

• Educate patients on eye health and preventive care

• Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff

• Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture

What You Bring

• Doctor of Optometry; licensed (or license-eligible) in CA

• Glaucoma certification required; strong pathology experience

• Spanish bilingual preferred

• Availability Monday–Friday

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset

• Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000

• Retention Bonus: $10,000 paid after 1 year of continuous employment

• Relocation stipend: $3,000

• 401(k) with 3.5% match
