We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor in Indian Wells, CA, to provide center-based ABA services with a flexible work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days in-office). Key responsibilities include performing functional assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, supervising and mentoring behavior technicians and program supervisors, conducting parent training, maintaining 30 billable hours per week, and participating in quality assurance and training initiatives. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, performance bonuses, benefits, CEU reimbursement, and a 401(k) match.

Work Environment: Center-based ABA
Remote/Work From Home Flexibility: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office
Total Earnings Potential: $96,000 - $111,000 in your first year
- Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000
- Annual base salary of $80,000 - $95,000
- Monthly performance bonus of $6,000

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise behavior technicians and program supervisors
- Provide parent training and ensure high standards of clinical quality
- Maintain a workload of 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a pod model to support colleagues and ensure clinical consistency
- Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
- An active and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental challenges
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling tools)
- Clearance for TB test, immunization records, and background check
- Spanish language skills are a plus
