With a total earnings potential of $91,000 – $106,000 in your first year, our compensation package includes:

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $6,000 annually (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Your Schedule

Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Plus, you’ll have the flexibility of 1 work-from-home day per week (with eligibility)!

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor at Accel Therapies, you’ll lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care. We reduce administrative burdens so you can focus on what truly matters—making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
  • Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
  • Maintain 30 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate within a pod model to support peers
  • Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
  • Comfort with technology (iPad, electronic data collection)
  • TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus!
