Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/Hour + Benefits
Hours: 6am – 3pm, Mon to Fri
BBSI is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations for a growing construction company known for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete inside and out , from ADA-compliant flatwork to curb & gutter installation and takes pride in running a safe, efficient, and productive job site.
About the Role
As the Concrete Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations and lead a crew of 5–10 workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. You’ll be the go-to leader on site, coordinating labor, enforcing quality standards, and serving as the link between the field and project management.
Duties:
· Lead and supervise concrete construction projects from start to finish
· Oversee ADA-compliant concrete work, including sidewalks, ramps, and flatwork
· Manage curb & gutter installations, forming, pouring, and finishing
· Supervise, train, and motivate a crew of 5–10 concrete professionals
· Ensure job site safety, quality control, and productivity standards are met
· Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and layout drawings
· Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
· Track daily progress, materials, and labor needs
· Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving
Qualifications/Requirement:
· 8+ years of hands-on concrete commercial construction experience
· Foreman or lead experience running concrete crews
· Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and municipal concrete standards
· Proven experience with curb & gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork
· Ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site logistics
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
