Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Contract / Temporary Assignment

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Respond promptly to service requests and work orders
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Must have own tools
- Previous experience in apartment or commercial property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial property maintenance
