The NICU Nurse Manager position in Palm Springs, CA, is a full-time, day shift leadership role overseeing a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- The role involves staffing, budgeting, performance evaluations, and occasional direct patient care.
- Requirements include at least 5 years of NICU experience, 3 years in leadership, a California RN license, BSN (or in progress), and current certifications such as NRP and BLS. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, NRP instructor certification, and neonatal transport experience.
- Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The position requires in-person work in Palm Springs, with relocation preferred.
