Position Overview:
Soliant is working with a district that isseeking two full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a supportive educational team in Thermal, CA for the 20252026 school year. These positions will serve a diverse K12 student caseload across one or more school sites.

The COTAs will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized therapy plans, support students functional participation in school activities, and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals

• Assist in implementing therapeutic activities focused on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and classroom participation

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with supervising OT, special education team, and classroom staff

Qualifications:

• Valid California COTA license (required)

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience (preferred)

• Excellent munication and teamwork skills

• Passion for supporting student development and inclusion
