Job Summary:

All Desert Home Care & Concierge Services is looking for warm-hearted, reliable Caregivers to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to seniors right here in the Coachella Valley. You’ll help with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship — making every day a little brighter for our clients. Flexible schedules, a supportive team, and the chance to make a real difference await you!

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility)
Assist with IADLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands)
Provide companionship, social, and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Follow care plans and agency policies
Practice infection control and safety procedures
Document care provided accurately and on time

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience (paid or volunteer)
High school diploma/GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 300 lbs
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (if applicable)
Clear communication skills in English
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Proof of health clearance
Professional, compassionate, and respectful attitude

Preferred:

Caregiver training certification
Familiarity with standard infection control and safety practices
