Oversee and direct all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program
Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional accreditation standards
Develop and implement a curriculum that supports resident education
Recruit, develop, and mentor faculty members
Oversee the resident selection process
Monitor resident performance and implement performance improvement plans
Facilitate scholarly activity among faculty and residents
Develop and oversee program policies and procedures
Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
Serve as a mentor and role model for residents
Ensure financial and operational efficiency of the residency programSchedule and Shift Details
Monday-Friday work schedule, 8 hours shifts.Travel:
