Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and property management industry, is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to join their team. As a groundskeeper, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department, supporting the overall upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Palm Desert, CA
Pay Range: 18.00
Shift: Mon - Fri 530am - 2pm
What's the Job?
- Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and attractive environment
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor facilities using appropriate tools and techniques
- Assist with planting, watering, trimming, and pruning of plants and trees
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all groundskeeping activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
What's Needed?
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required; motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
