We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Palm Springs, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and solid organizational and computer abilities. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus! We offer competitive pay and a leasing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease and market vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
• Complete leasing paperwork and process applications for approval.
• Explain leases and addenda to new residents.
• Conduct apartment walkthroughs and report necessary improvements.
• Assist with resident relations and data entry (fees, deposits, leases).
• Show apartments to prospective residents and process Notice to Vacate forms.
• Accept rental payments and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work either Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu.
• Must meet our drug/alcohol-free workplace standards and pass a criminal background check.
