Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Cathedral City, CA, serving K-12 students through a contracted school year assignment. This role involves providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering teletherapy services as part of the speech-language program.
  • Collaborating with onsite, contracted paraprofessional facilitators to support student progress.
  • Managing a caseload focused on moderate to severe speech and language impairments.
  • Participating in student assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Active California Teaching Credential (CTC) with the Certificate of Clearance (COC) and valid fingerprinting through the CTC.
  • Previous experience in teletherapy or telespeech settings preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) during the contracted school year.
  • Strong skills in managing speech therapy caseloads within K-12 educational settings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with education professionals and families.

Located in Cathedral City, this position requires working within a dynamic K-12 school environment and supporting students across a range of grades and needs. Direct and indirect therapy methods are emphasized to ensure comprehensive care.
