Job Title: Permanent OB/GYN Hospitalist

Job Responsibilities:
- Full-time position consisting of approximately 7.5 24-hour in-house shifts per month.
- Option for part-time with a minimum of 5.5 shifts per month (benefit eligible).
- Work collaboratively with a team, never on shift alone, ensuring quality patient care.
- Attend deliveries and provide OB triage, patient evaluation/management, and surgical assistance.
- Conduct fetal monitoring and provide ER coverage.
- Support high-risk patients through collaboration with MFM practitioners.
- Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month with a well-equipped Level-III NICU.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with residents and medical students.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- California medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in OB Hospitalist work is preferred.
- Residency within the immediate local area is required; relocation may be necessary.
- DEA certificate must be obtained prior to starting.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must have a valid California medical license.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN.
- DEA registration required before employment begins.
