Desert Psychiatric Associates is a well-established private practice located in beautiful Palm Desert, California. We provide high-quality, compassionate mental health care to adolescents, adults, couples, families and veterans. Our practice is expanding, and we’re looking for licensed therapists who want the flexibility of private practice—without the administrative burden.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity to focus on what you do best—helping clients—while we handle the scheduling, billing, and referrals.
You’ll enjoy the independence of private practice combined with the support and collegiality of an established group.

Qualifications

Current and active California LMFT or LCSW license (required)

Must carry professional liability insurance
