Job Title: Pool and Spa Service Technician
Location: La Quinta & Indian Wells Palm Desert area (7 miles from each other)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with hour lunch
Job Summary:
BBSI Has partnered with country clubs, seeking (2) reliable and detail-oriented Pool and Spa Service Technician to maintain and service 42 climate controlled pools and spas in the La Quinta & Indian Wells Palm Desert for each location. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, water quality testing, and equipment inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning pool environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly chemical analysis and add chemicals as needed
- Vacuum pools and/or spas
- Brush pool tiles and skim surface debris
- Clean pump and skimmer baskets
- Check and record filter pressure gauge readings
- Conduct weekly visual inspections of pool and spa equipment
- Perform general servicing of pool and spa systems
- Complete filter cleanings as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous pool/spa maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
