Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and manage a diverse caseload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

  • Cathedral City, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective support for students.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a collaborative educational environment.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical fellows and support staff as needed.
