* Completes all required training materials, attends all scheduled company meetings, and meets or exceed all assigned sales goals or quotas

Assist general store management with Acuity Optical retail store operation, including but not limited to sales, staff management, budgetary controls, and inventory controls, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. 
Assist store management with daily store operations and labor levels.
