Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support to clients in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality mental health care. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct individual therapy sessions as assigned by the Clinical Director.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.</li>
<li>Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision to ensure continuity of care.</li>
<li>Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment within the residential facility.</li>
<li>Stay informed on best practices, evidence-based therapies, and relevant regulatory requirements.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.</li>
<li>Active associate licensure (e.g., AMFT, APCC, ASW) in CA.</li>
<li>Proficient in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li>
<li>Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with specific populations (e.g., substance use disorder, mental health, individuals with co-occurring disorders).</li>

 Be the clinical anchor for patients facing serious illness. As the Palliative RN Case Manager, you lead comprehensive, person-centered care—identifying physical, psychological, and social needs; coordinating the right interventions; and keeping patients and families informed and supported throughout the journey. What You’ll Do

<li>Deliver direct patient care within the State Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.</li>
<li>Own a manageable caseload: anticipate risks, de-escalate issues early, and prevent avoidable utilization.</li>
<li>Assess thoroughly and often: complete initial and ongoing assessments covering diagnosis, treatment plan, functional status, acuity, and other pertinent factors; perform medication reconciliation at each visit as appropriate.</li>

We have over 1,000 team members, having hired 300 in the last six months, and we're on pace to hire another 400 in the next year.
The Executive Director role will essentially function as the CEO of an individual clinic in a high-growth environment including owning P&amp;L, guiding and developing our leadership team, working with finance to design and operate a budget, and working with marketing and enrollment to enroll new participants, along with other executive service.
Essential Job Duties:

<li>Monitor care delivery quality and staff adherence to regulations, policies and procedures, quality improvement plan, and WelbeHealth best practices; and drive efforts to correct any identified concerns</li>
<li>Effectively develop and oversee the WelbeHealth management team</li>
<li>In collaboration with finance, develop, maintain, and operate within a program budget including hiring plans, to achieve operational goals</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team members</li>

Responsibilities
About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed</li>
<li>Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary</li>
<li>Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities</li>
</ul>

<li>Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule. </li>

Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,800 – $11,500 per month. Qualifications
Skills &amp; Experience That Shine

<li>Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure</li>
<li>Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed</li>
<li>AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty</li>
<li>Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!</li>
<li>Valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence</li>
