Job Description

<li>Provide overall leadership for the spa, ensuring the highest quality of spa and beauty treatments to exceed member expectations and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage daily spa operations, including front desk, attendants, therapists, retail, and facility maintenance, ensuring all procedures and standards are consistently upheld.</li>
<li>Hire, train, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of front desk staff, attendants, and therapists who deliver warm, authentic service to every member.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor of Science Degree in related field preferred.</li>
<li>Three (3) years minimum experience supervising staff.</li>
<li> In-depth knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness profession.</li>
<li> Extensive background/experience in the Spa and Wellness industry.</li>
<li>Active proponent of health and wellness.</li>
</ul>
