Bonus payout:

Shifts are from 10am - 5:30pm — you get credit for the entire days sales when scheduled to work, which is an additional 3 hours of potential products selling and receiving credit for:
Tier 1:

<li>Hit 100% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $3 per box sold!</li>
</ul>
Example:
<ul>
<li>Qualifier: 8 units of Colostrum</li>
<li>Total Units Goal: 28 units</li>
<li>✅ You sell 8 Colostrum and 28 total units = $3 per box</li>
</ul>
Tier 2:
<ul>
<li>If you don’t hit Tier 1, you can still qualify for Tier 2.</li>
<li>Hit 50% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $1 per box sold!</li>

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

<li>Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry a 4ft folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.</li>

Responsibilities: Buying &amp; Selling Jewelry, Silver, Gold, Diamonds, Watches Welcome customers and answer questions with a friendly, positive attitude Keeping the workplace clean and tidy, so it is inviting for guests Confidently analyze pieces that customers bring in, handling fragile items with care Showing guests valuable pieces of jewelry and coins Following up with customers post sale to build rapport, bringing further business opportunities Handle equipment daily, such as scale, digital microscope, diamond testing and evaluation tools, acid testing and x-ray equipment. Desert Hot Springs newest upscale Resort &amp; Spa is now seeking an Experienced Retail Sales Associate. THE AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS is an exciting and unique resort located in the Miracle Hill area of Desert Hot Springs on Hacienda Ave. The resort features 40 guest accommodations and 12 spa treatment rooms as well as a Cafe and Boutique. This is a special property, and we are looking for a talented Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidates will be observant self-starters, excellent customer service skills and will be able to multitask throughout the day while paying careful attention to detail. Spa and hospitality experience is a big plus. Reliability and ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all matters is a must. Qualifications/Responsibilities
