General Summary&nbsp;
The Trim Technician Lead must be able to complete the duties of a Trimmer in addition to their lead functions. In this role, the Trim Lead in conjunction with the Trim Room Manager and Trim Department Manager will oversee the overall success and operational efficiency of the trim department.&nbsp;

Successfully set-up and open / close the trim room&nbsp;

Accurately weigh and record weights and discrepancies from trimmers product&nbsp;

Operate the pop machine&nbsp;

Properly label and account for ALL product&nbsp;

Ability to correctly enter data in the Trimmer Tracker and Intake Form&nbsp;

Conduct quality checks on trimmers’ bags, bin room climate settings and workability of the product&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Properly train trimmers on ACAS expectations and document any workplace violations&nbsp;
</li>

Work in collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.&nbsp;

Oversee 15-30&nbsp;trimmers per shift&nbsp;

Position Overview The successful candidate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, studio operations/ cleaning, and membership retention. Our sales and service advisors provide&nbsp;superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and handling merchandise purchases. In addition to strong customer service skills, he or she must have knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service. We expect our team members to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales
<ul>
<li>Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.</li>
<li>Build relationships and understand a prospect’s fitness goals, and present available services to help them achieve goals.</li>
<li>Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales; book appointments for and follow up after initial class visits.</li>
<li>Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.</li>
<li>Develop selling skills by participating in trainings and company meetings.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable about all products, programs and pricing.</li>
<li>Sell retail items and answer questions about brands.</li>
</ul>
Membership Retention
<ul>
<li>Assist members with in-person and phone inquiries regarding membership policies.</li>
<li>Greet members and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome in the studio.</li>
</ul>
Club Operations
<ul>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe studio during shift by completing&nbsp;cleaning and operational tasks as directed by General Manager or Company policies.</li>
<li>Follow all procedures established by the Company to operate the studio in accordance with government health directives and guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Other
<ul>
<li>Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude; promote and exemplify Company values, and represent Company objectives and interests to internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.</li>
