Job Description 
Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Restaurant Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.

This role is responsible for the success of the Showroom's Sales Team and is supported by an internal operational team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

<li>Ensures that the sales consultants achieve the highest quality of customer profile capture with every transaction. This aids in our customer care processes.</li>
<li>Communicates, implements and manages marketing, merchandising and sales programs as it relates to the showroom.</li>
<li>Uses excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture long-term positive relationships with visitors, dealers, designers, tradespeople, customers, partners and other department members. Focuses on strengthening partnerships to drive more robust sales</li>
<li>Develops and maintains relationships with key trade guests (designers, architects, builders), trade associations, and brand partners to drive showroom traffic</li>
<li>Proactively develops a high level of product knowledge and expertise on offered products by attending online training sessions, factory tours/conferences and through self-guided trainings.</li>
<li>Demonstrates enthusiasm for the brand and is able to effectively communicate company and product features and benefits to showroom team and clients</li>
<li>Is responsible for operational and administrative duties of the store including answering phones/emails, staffing schedules, ordering showroom supplies, maintaining a pristine showroom environment, organizing the storage area, and ensuring all appliances are current, clean and safe.</li>
<li>Communicates event best practices and updates to all internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Possesses exceptional public speaking skills, confidently presenting engaging trainings and compelling product demonstrations to diverse audiences</li>
<li>Approves event logistics, staffing, timeline, schedules, and ensures that all is within a pre-established budget.</li>
<li>Leads and motivates Showroom Team to achieve business goals. Conducts weekly meetings to discuss headlines, to-dos, challenges, issues and solutions.</li>
<li>Mentors direct reports by conducting regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings for constructive feedback. Follows up on performance improvement plans promptly. Provides public recognition when achievements are earned.</li>
<li>Maintains and enhances staff performance through continuous training and documented coaching.</li>
<li>Correct team member timecards as appropriate. Respond promptly to time off requests. Maintain required records within HR platform.</li>
</ul>
EXPERIENCE/ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>5+ years in direct management experience of teams in a retail store or showroom, including sales experience, preferably in the luxury industry.</li>
<li>Experience in design industry, luxury appliances or home furnishings/supplies is a plus</li>
<li>2+ years’ experience delivering measurable results; tracking data using CRM required.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to work flexible hours to support events and showroom schedules, including evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record, as there is sometimes a need to travel to a different location.</li>
<li>BS in Business Administration or education in a relevant field is preferred</li>

COMPENSATION:

<li>Base Salary + Bonus Plan = $100,000 - $150,000 annually </li>
<li>The bonus plan is based on store performance and policy adherence. </li>

The Showroom Concierge is responsible for supporting Sales by upholding a welcoming environment to every customer, providing basic confirmations and communications to customers and sales using system resources, and catching any order errors before they go to other departments. This pivotal role’s success is directly supported by the Showroom’s Area Manager and indirectly supported by our corporate teams to help with order management, delivery, and after-delivery customer care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
