As an Artisan Club Member Services Guest Experience Manager you will be part of the Cotino™, A Storyliving by Disney™ community team. You will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional concierge-style service to our Artisan Club members.&nbsp;They will maintain a close, yet professional relationship with each Member to maximize and personalize the club experience. You will lead and support employees while equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to perform their functions, creating a culture of personalized attention and “solve for yes”.
You will oversee and orchestrate all aspects of the day-to-day operation, leading hourly employees and managing ongoing logistics, all while making informed decisions that will lead to personalized experiences for our members, taking into account the overarching goals of the business including service excellence and financial targets.&nbsp; This role will be responsible for managing workload and ensuring that we have sufficient communication channels available to our Members, including in-person, phone calls, chat function, email, and potentially in-app messaging. Working across multiple teams will be critical to the success of the leader.
This role will be onsite at Cotino™, A Storyliving by Disney™ community in Rancho Mirage, California and will report to the Artisan Club Operations Director.
Responsibilities:

Marketing Manager

<h3>Job Description</h3>
As the Manager, Lifestyle you will be part of the Cotino™, A Storyliving by Disney™ community team. You will run the daily Artisan Club operations and will be a key decision maker in connecting the lifestyle activities, health and wellness, and aquatic experiences, along with safety to enhance the overall Member and Cast experience. Additionally, you will manage various vendor contracts and relationships supporting health and wellness and recreational offerings provided by third parties.
In this role, you will lead a team of Lifestyle Leaders and Cast Members and oversee the planning, development, and execution of a diverse range of programs and events with the club. These activities and programs will be developed to enhance member engagement, promoting a vibrant club atmosphere and ensuring high-quality recreational experiences only Disney can deliver.
This role will be onsite at Cotino™, A Storyliving by Disney™ community in Rancho Mirage, California and will report to the Artisan Club Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate a passion for guest service with an ability to exude genuine hospitality for a dynamic Guest audience that consists predominantly of individuals with a high level of repeat visitation</li>
<li>Lead team to accomplish all aspects of the daily lifestyle operations for the Artisan Club, including Fitness and aquatics</li>
<li>Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation.</li>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day lifeguard operation, including but not limited to daily and monthly auditing requirements and coordinating with the lifeguard licensing provider for all contracted requirements</li>
<li>Develop and ensure implementation of activities and programming</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction by collaborating and influencing executives and peer group, focusing on improving experiences for Members and Cast Members</li>
<li>Partner with Events and Entertainment to create a holistic monthly calendar of events for club members</li>
<li>Manage contracts and relationships with various third-party service providers; Conduct routine walks with partners, documenting challenges, actions and results</li>
<li>Ensure effective communication and partnership with the site GM, Artisan Club Director, Guest Experience Managers, Events and Entertainment team and Communications Manager through regular updates</li>
<li>Train, mentor, empower, engage and provide feedback to leadership and Cast Members</li>
<li>Build, implement, and accomplish approved initiatives leveraging the 5 Keys Basics: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency and Inclusion</li>
<li>Maintain all required certifications and/or licenses</li>
<li>Exhibit an understanding of the unique components that are inherent in a private club environment, managing the distinct relationships that are built as a result of ongoing repeat visitation, while setting appropriate expectations and levels of accountability amongst the team</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years in a leadership role</li>
<li>Pass and hold an active lifeguard license identified by the company</li>
<li>Use of a unique approach to implement new Disney products and intellectual properties into private club experiences</li>
<li>Ability to resolve concerns and serve as a trusted advisor for Cast Members, Peers, Partners and other Leaders</li>
<li>Ensure an environment where safety is the first priority</li>
<li>Proven eye for business, including but not limited to budgeting, labor management supply management, reporting, and strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with others to move the operation forward to the next level of excellence</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies</li>
<li>Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays</li>
<li>Valid CA Driver's License in good standing</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience working at a club, luxury property, or aquatic facility in a leadership capacity</li>
<li>Willingness to learn new applications and lines of businesses as necessary</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently</li>
<li>Demonstrated organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Current CPR Certification, Lifeguard Certification, Certified Pool Operator (CPO)</li>
<li>Multi-lingual</li>
</ul>
Required Education:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
</ul>
Preferred Education:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Club, Hospitality, Sports, Education/Childhood Development or equivalent field</li>

 The hiring range for this position in Rancho Mirage, CA is $85,800 to $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
