About the Role
As the On-Site Resident Manager at 817 Riverside Place, you’ll be both the operational lead and the friendly face of the community. You’ll manage daily property operations, foster a welcoming environment for residents, and ensure financial performance and physical upkeep are on point.
The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-energy environment. Previous on-site property management experience is required.
The On-Site Resident Manager is generally called upon to function in the following areas:
1) establishing and promoting a community environment
2) be available to residents &amp; assist their needs
3) perform administrative responsibilities
4) serve as the primary responsibility for the financial operations of the community by maximizing the income and controlling the expenses of the apartment community.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Operate the property in the owner’s best interest, in line with company policies, procedures, and all Fair Housing, State, and Federal laws
</li>
<li>
Maintain high occupancy by utilizing effective marketing and leasing strategies
</li>
<li>
Clearly explain leases and community policies to new and current residents
</li>
<li>
Conduct regular property walks to identify safety issues, maintenance needs, and cleanliness concerns
</li>
<li>
Monitor and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
</li>
<li>
Oversee move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and eviction processes in compliance with policy and timelines
</li>
<li>
Address and document resident concerns, policy violations, and disturbances appropriately
</li>
<li>
Collect rent, process late fees, issue notices, and manage delinquency follow-ups
</li>
<li>
Maintain detailed records and prepare required daily/month-end reports
</li>
<li>
Partner with corporate and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
</li>
<li>
Participate in company trainings and contribute to property improvement plans
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of on-site property management experience (multi-family strongly preferred)
</li>
<li>
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, including Fair Housing compliance
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of basic maintenance operations for apartment communities
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to balance independent decision-making with collaborative teamwork
</li>
</ul>

United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire (UCPIE) is a 501 (c) (3) organization incorporated in 1985. UCPIE is an affiliate of over 60 national United Cerebral Palsy organizations providing services to people with developmental disabilities beyond cerebral palsy. UCPIE provides programs and services in the Inland Empire in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. UCPIE’s mission is to advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with disabilities. Services provided are for individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism, down syndrome, epilepsy, intellectual delay, and other disabilities.
BASIC FUNCTION: 
The Respite worker will provide intermittent, regular scheduled, temporary care, and or supervision for a mutual client of Inland Regional Center and United Cerebral Palsy who resides with a family member or care provider. 
This position is for Weekend only.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

<li>Provide responsible care so that family stability may be restored or maintained in families with developmentally disabled members. </li>
<li>Work a minimum of two hours at each respite appointment. </li>

<li>Assist client/consumer(s) in areas of feeding, dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming, light meal preparation, etc., as needed. </li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.</li>
<li>Collect data on goals throughout the session as set forth in the treatment plan.</li>
<li>Work in various settings, including home, community, school, clinic, or other assigned locations, with individuals with autism or related disabilities.</li>
<li>Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques developed by a Supervisor and BCBA.</li>
<li>Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.</li>
<li>Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.</li>
<li>Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session on time per company policy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.</li>
<li>Follow all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and adhere to company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing opportunities.</li>

Qualifications and Requirements:

<li>Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
