In this role, you will guide patients at Residential LOC through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Position Details:

<li>Schedule: Per-diem, as needed.</li>

<li>Compensation: $35 - $46 hourly </li>

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments including ASAM forms, biopsychosocial assessments, and applicable evaluations.</li>
<li>Identify treatment needs, integrating findings into a collaborative, measurable treatment plan with patients.</li>
<li>Document and update treatment plans and clinical records in adherence to program, regulatory, and confidentiality standards, maintaining accuracy and security.</li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with referral sources and family members to provide progress updates and facilitate support, offering consistent communication throughout the treatment process.</li>
<li>Lead and facilitate individual and group sessions, including daily process groups and multidisciplinary treatment reviews, promoting open self-disclosure and collaboration on patient needs and goals.</li>
<li>Coordinate resources and develop post-discharge plans to support patients with legal, financial, and vocational needs, ensuring comprehensive recovery planning.</li>
<li>Apply clinical judgment and intervention skills in crisis situations, including risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations</li>
<li>Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs.</li>
<li>Build rapport and foster trust with patients through strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with diverse populations.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in social work or a related human services major.</li>
<li>An active AMFT, ACSW, APCC or higher in the State of California.</li>
<li>Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics</li>
<li>Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.</li>
<li>Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>An active LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field.</li>

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Summary
As an SLP/SLPA, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals ages 20 months-18 years who have articulation, language, and social skill disorders. You will directly interact with parents and caregivers providing suggestions for home practice. You will collaborate with the other two therapists sharing ideas, knowledge, successes and struggles as we are a team at Let's Communicate, Inc. It is a fun, interactive practice that takes pride in providing the best care for our patients and ongoing family support.
Speech-Language Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and diagnose patients with articulation, language and social skills disorders.</li>
<li>Provide direct speech and language therapy in person</li>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care if needed (OT, ABA)</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Stay on top of your patient caseload and progress notes in our electronic system</li>
<li>Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices and meet your CEU requirements</li>

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
 
About the Role:
 
In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer’s unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes. Whether assisting with simple W2 filings, navigating life events (marriage, children, elder care), or handling more complex tax scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments, you will serve as the go-to expert for your clients.
 
Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. TurboTax will provide a straightforward playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to facilitate your success.
 
This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis.&nbsp;
 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice. Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language. </li>
<li>Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Embody a "community ambassador" and "business owner" mindset to cultivate a robust customer base for TurboTax. Serve as the local face of TurboTax, actively engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. Organize local events, with the support of TurboTax, to create opportunities for customer engagement. </li>
<li>Educate and Communicate Confidently - Enthusiastically represent TurboTax in your local community. TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Experts will confidently take on the role of its public face with the support, guidance, and resources provided by Intuit. Who You Are: 
<ul>
<li>Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. </li>
<li>Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes. </li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. </li>
<li>Familiarity with Circular 230 </li>
<li>Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location </li>
<li>Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus </li>
<li>Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing</li>
</ul>
