Description:

<li>Assist Owner and Chef with printing required employee documents and sending paperwork to HR.</li>
<li>Assist with food and beverage invoices.</li>
<li>Assist with daily and month end inventory and accounting paperwork as needed.</li>
<li>Assist Owner with updating training material.</li>
<li>Assist Owner with planning events and purchasing items for employee recognition.</li>

Required Skills/Abilities:

<li> Proficient with Toast POS system, or related software.</li>
<li> Proficient with Bamboo HR for HRIS or related software.</li>
<li> Proficient with accounting and inventory and related software.</li>
<li> Restaurant / Lounge high volume experience required.</li>
<li> Strong liquor, wine &amp; beer knowledge required.</li>
<li> Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.</li>
<li> Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li> The ability to motivate and inspire others to work cooperatively to achieve a designated goal.</li>

Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li> Bachelors Degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>3+ years of progressive experience in a restaurant, or related management role.</li>
