The Ready-Mix Driver is responsible for driving a truck equipped with a concrete mixer to deliver concrete mix to job sites. Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Drive truck safely and timely to location for unloading.</li>
<li>Drive truck under loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water and starts mixer.</li>
<li>Move levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other conveying container or directly into area to be poured with concrete.</li>
<li>Perform all duties assigned by management in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and reports repairs to personnel.</li>
<li>Assemble, disassemble, lift, and carry chutes.</li>
<li>Clean truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean vehicle, always cleaning it while on duty (spray surfaces of truck with water and protective compounds for cleaning purposes), on company time.</li>
<li>Monitor trucks and other company equipment to ensure appearance, safety, and proper maintenance levels. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate work and driving records of daily activities.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer service through courteous and effective communication with dispatchers, plant management, other drivers, contractors, and customers.</li>

Non-Essential Duties:

Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for members and guests in a sophisticated and upscale dining environment. This role involves cooking a variety of dishes, helping kitchen staff with food preparation, and setting up stations for menus as directed by the Executive Chef. The Cook must adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards for food service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

<li>Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.</li>
<li>Follow seasonal lunch and five-week dinner menus for food production, pulling and reviewing recipes to ensure all ingredients are available for meal production.</li>
<li>Prepare menu items in a timely manner as scheduled, maintaining cleanliness and organization at workstations.</li>
<li>Ensure that workstations are kept in a clean and sanitary condition, using a cleaning solution of quaternary sanitizer and water for towels.</li>
<li>Organize the serving line for hot and cold food preparation during meal service and expedite the plating and service of meals.</li>
<li>Prepare room-service orders and associate meals as needed, in accordance with property policy.</li>
<li>Perform tasks as assigned on the cleaning schedule, including cleaning all workstations and equipment immediately after use.</li>
<li>Store leftovers and unused food products properly by covering and dating items.</li>
<li>Supervise the dishwasher in preparation needed for the day and check in orders that may be delivered.</li>
<li>Secure and lock walk-in coolers and ice cream freezers, ensuring all equipment is turned off.</li>
<li>Adhere to scheduled times, break periods, and out times, following all departmental and community policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Attend all mandatory meetings, training sessions, and department and all-staff meetings.</li>
<li>Participate in and support the safety program throughout the year, ensuring knowledge of the MSDS books, Emergency Preparedness manual, and specific emergency responsibilities.</li>
<li>Respond to associate requests in a timely and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors at all times, and treating all residents with respect.</li>
<li>Participate in the annual associate satisfaction survey</li>

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Prefer 3-5-year prior experience in food preparation in a full service restaurant and/or in an institutional setting.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.</li>
<li>Must have a valid Food Handlers Card; administered on site.</li>
<li>Must have a valid ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire.</li>
<li>Knowledge of service standards and systems.</li>
<li>Must be able to follow directions.</li>
<li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.</li>

The Resident Services Technician reports to the Community Manager and the Resident Services Supervisor. Under supervision, this individual is responsible in assisting for the overall maintenance of the property.
 
SEEKING BEGINNING TO INTERMEDIATE PLUMBING / ELECTRICAL / CARPENTRY / GROUNDS WORK KNOWLEDGE
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Participation in all maintenance projects and training classes as directed.</li>
<li>Perform minor electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets, etc.</li>
<li>Perform minor plumbing work, such as clearing drain stoppages, replacing fittings and faucets, etc.</li>
<li>Replace broken tile, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks.</li>
<li>Paint, interior and exterior as directed.</li>
<li>Perform minor carpentry work, such as assisting in fitting doors, sticking windows, replacing and building shelves, sanding and refinishing doors.</li>
<li>Assist in custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows in all common areas.</li>
<li>Assist in grounds work as directed.</li>
<li>Assist in the repair of concrete, masonry, roof, fencing and signage as directed.</li>
<li>Participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage with the maximum response time being one-half hour from time the call is received.</li>
<li>Assist the Resident Services Supervisor with inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.</li>
<li>Keep all storage and maintenance shop facilities and all other equipment clean and in orderly working condition.</li>
<li>Complete work orders within 24 hours, as directed, unless otherwise stipulated. Maintenance requests whether complete or incomplete must be returned daily to the maintenance supervisor if available, otherwise, to the Community Manager.</li>
<li>Assist the Resident Services Supervisor in annual apartment inspections.</li>
<li>Assist in the scheduling and turning of vacant units prior to resident occupancy.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding current contracts with vendors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Contribute to the team effort by being aware of and relaying information regarding the apartment community's general appearance and conditions.</li>
<li>Possess knowledge regarding water and gas meter shutoffs, all apartment and fixture shutoffs, and sewer cleanouts.</li>
<li>Ensure storage areas and entrances are locked as required throughout all common areas of property.</li>
<li>Assist in apartment check-in and check-out inspections as directed.</li>
<li>Must be conscious of a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance in order to drive for business purposes or have reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Must attend company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team, which, from time to time, may include overnight stay at locations away from the employee's home.</li>
<li>Must be able to read and speak English or read and speak English and Spanish, as appropriate to the resident base, in order to effectively communicate between the Resident Services team and residents as well as between co-workers and supervisors.</li>
