ABOUT UCPIE:
United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire (UCPIE) is a 501 (c) (3) organization incorporated in 1985. UCPIE is an affiliate of over 60 national United Cerebral Palsy organizations providing services to people with developmental disabilities beyond cerebral palsy. UCPIE provides programs and services in the Inland Empire in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. UCPIE’s mission is to advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with disabilities. Services provided are for individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism, down syndrome, epilepsy, intellectual delay, and other disabilities.
BASIC FUNCTION: 
The Respite worker will provide intermittent, regular scheduled, temporary care, and or supervision for a mutual client of Inland Regional Center and United Cerebral Palsy who resides with a family member or care provider. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

<li>Provide responsible care so that family stability may be restored or maintained in families with developmentally disabled members. </li>
<li>Work a minimum of two hours at each respite appointment. </li>

<li>Assist client/consumer(s) in areas of feeding, dressing, toileting, grooming, light meal preparation, etc., as needed. </li>
<li>Use safety precautions at all times when providing care to clients/consumer(s) and siblings. </li>
<li>Report suspected incidents of abuse to the Respite Program Manager &amp; complete the required documentation. </li>
<li>Never leave a client(s)/ consumer(s)/ siblings unattended. </li>
<li>Maintain certification of CPR and First Aid at all times, current copies to be on file in office. </li>
<li>Adhere to policies and procedures in the employee handbook and respite fundamental training manual. </li>
<li>Adhere to UCPIE’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and all other applicable safety procedures. </li>
<li>Report any changes in personal information to the respite program manager immediately. </li>
<li>Complete and submit time cards, mileage, reports, etc., using UCPIE timekeeping and case management software. </li>
<li>Complete client daily notes and submit to UCPIE administrative offices as instructed by the respite program manager. </li>
<li>Maintain current information on emergency call forms and submit copy to UCPIE office. </li>
<li>Return phone calls to the UCPIE administrative team within 24 hours or immediately if an emergency message is received. </li>
<li>Do not transport client(s) or siblings at any time. </li>
<li>Continue education through training modules, workshops, annual UCPIE in-house training, etc. </li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: The employee must have the ability to lift, pull, push, run, and manipulate/use adaptive equipment and patients, which requires strength and gross motor and fine motor coordination. The employee must be able to perform CPR and administer First-Aid. The position requires sitting and/or standing for long periods of time (2 to 8 hours per shift). The position requires the ability to operate an automobile and a computer. The employee must be able to climb stairs and provide services in the family’s home environment.

In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for processing. Position Overview The successful candidate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, studio operations/ cleaning, and membership retention. Our sales and service advisors provide&nbsp;superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and handling merchandise purchases. In addition to strong customer service skills, he or she must have knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales

<li>Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.</li>

<li>Build relationships and understand a prospect’s fitness goals, and present available services to help them achieve goals.</li>
<li>Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales; book appointments for and follow up after initial class visits.</li>

Membership Retention

Job DescriptionTraining Specialist – Palm Springs, California (and surrounding cities) Part-time Remote/Telecommute position Contracted &amp; commission-based role Esthetics License Required Role Summary The Training Specialist will contract directly to the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to represent Eminence and it not an employee of Eminence. The roles and responsibilities listed below will take up an average of 3 days per week. The number of hours worked per week will depend on the number of accounts that need to be trained in any given week. The candidate should have some level of flexibility to accommodate these 3 days per week.&nbsp; As the Training Specialist, your focus is to provide training and sales support to existing Spa Partner accounts. You will work closely with the OSR and the Eminence Central Office in Vancouver, Canada to provide extraordinary training and service to Spa Partners. As part of the Outside Sales team, you will also receive and process Spa Partner orders while fielding inquiries regarding orders and training. You will use expert knowledge of products, skin care, massage therapy, seasonal promotions, training techniques and extraordinary Spa Partner service to provide exciting training to each Spa Partner on a regular basis.&nbsp; Responsibilities
