Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our Radiation Oncology team. The Medical Physicist will work closely with the Chief Medical Physicist and Dosimetrist to support the clinical and equipment Quality Assurance (QA) program in accordance with AAPM standards. This role ensures the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy through quality assurance of linear accelerators, treatment planning, and consultation services.
The Medical Physicist will also collaborate with physicians, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, nurses, and administrative personnel to continually improve patient care. Additionally, this role provides technical expertise in the adoption of new technologies and looks for opportunities to enhance physics and dosimetry support within the department.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform quality assurance (QA) and calibration for all radiation therapy equipment in accordance with accepted protocols and standards of practice.</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality treatment delivery by participating in treatment planning, machine QA, and radiation safety programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists to optimize patient treatment plans and delivery.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for the implementation of new technologies and treatment techniques.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with AAPM, NRC, and state regulations related to radiation therapy.</li>
<li>Participate in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and other advanced treatment techniques.</li>

The Janitor is responsible for the general upkeep of clubhouses, administrative offices, and other common areas of the community. Key areas of focus include maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring appropriate supplies are stocked, and performing non-routine support as needed.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Clean and supply designated building areas; this may include, but is not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and similar</li>
<li>Remove garbage and recycling daily; prepare bins for weekly collection</li>
<li>Safely handle cleaning supplies and related chemicals</li>
<li>Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needed repairs</li>
<li>Manage emergency cleaning and upkeep requests – particularly hazards (like water leaking on a walkway)</li>
<li>Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues as requested, such as adjusting heating/cooling</li>
<li>Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment</li>
<li>Other duties and special projects as assigned</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Basic computer skills are a big plus</li>
<li>Experience in janitorial services – with generally between 1-2 years of experience</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues</li>
<li>Superior multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization</li>
<li>Must be a team player</li>
<li>Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities</li>
<li>Willing to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software</li>
<li>Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record</li>
<li>Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record in compliance with Company policy</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.</li>
<li>Use standard cleaning equipment, including: broom, mop, vacuum, etc.</li>
<li>Be stationary or in motion for periods of time</li>
<li>Relocate up to (25) pounds</li>
<li>Able to perform outdoor work in all types of weather</li>
</ul>

SCHEDULE &amp; TRAVEL:
<ul>
<li>Thursday-Monday 6:00am-2:30am, including weekends based on business need.</li>
<li>Temporary assignment expected to last through 5/15/2026.</li>
