The Turner’s Outdoorsman Manager Trainee assists the Store Manager as the business and cultural leader of the store team, responsible for achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and profitability growth as well as understanding, practicing, and being a strong proponent of the Turner’s brand and the company culture. The Manager In Training is a retail professional role model in attitude and appearance skilled in the art of communication and customer service, who possesses the ability to teach these skills to the team and ultimately lead by example.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Be the clinical anchor for patients facing serious illness. As the Palliative RN Case Manager, you lead comprehensive, person-centered care—identifying physical, psychological, and social needs; coordinating the right interventions; and keeping patients and families informed and supported throughout the journey. What You’ll Do

<li>Deliver direct patient care within the State Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.</li>
<li>Own a manageable caseload: anticipate risks, de-escalate issues early, and prevent avoidable utilization.</li>
<li>Assess thoroughly and often: complete initial and ongoing assessments covering diagnosis, treatment plan, functional status, acuity, and other pertinent factors; perform medication reconciliation at each visit as appropriate.</li>

<li>Create, manage, and monitor staff schedules to maximize revenue and control labor costs.</li>
<li>Oversee retail operations, including product sales, inventory control, and vendor orders to achieve budget goals.</li>
<li>Manage supplies and equipment inventories responsibly and within budget.</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance and apply best practices to drive profitability and minimize losses.</li>
<li>Ensure all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms for daily operations.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with state and federal health, safety, and sanitation regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other property departments, actively participating in daily and weekly management meetings and supporting overall operations as needed.</li>
<li>Create and oversee a welcoming locker room experience: greet members, assist with locker assignment, provide orientation to spa amenities, and direct them to changing and bathing areas</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations in locker room, ensuring staff uphold cleanliness and service standards.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory of toiletries, linens, refreshments, and guest supplies; coordinate timely restocking and laundry.</li>
<li>Assists with Fitness facility and operations as needed and serves as Manager on Duty.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science Degree in related field preferred.</li>
<li>Three (3) years minimum experience supervising staff.</li>
<li> In-depth knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness profession.</li>
<li> Extensive background/experience in the Spa and Wellness industry.</li>
<li>Active proponent of health and wellness.</li>
</ul>

<li>Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.</li>
<li> Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li>
<li>Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.</li>

Benefits

<li>The annual salary for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.</li>
