The Lincoln Facility Manager for this unique client community will provide direct daily onsite facilities management leadership, as well as hands-on client support. This individual will be responsible for the following.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Maintenance Management &amp; Support: Reduce third-party reliance for planned and reactive needs in high visibility areas (eg: changing filters weekly, walking model homes multiple times daily to ensure tidiness, etc.). Ensure timely completion of all reactive work requests.</li>
<li>Preventative Maintenance Program: Ensure facilities and building systems continue to operate at full capacity and prevent any potential downtime; utilize a CMMS to manage work requests and planned maintenance. </li>
<li>Third-Party Management: Onsite management of third party sub-contractors to ensure consistency of delivery and SLA adherence, scope modifications as needed, and immediate coordination of high priority or emergency support.</li>
<li>Programming &amp; Event Support: Coordinate planning and day-of logistics, third-party management, for client event programming.</li>
<li>Strategic Planning &amp; Recommendations: Oversee facility operations with the client team to meet objectives as needs evolve.</li>
<li>Regular Facility Inspections: quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.</li>
<li>Health &amp; Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and maintain emergency response plans for onsite and third-party teams.</li>
<li>Issue Resolution &amp; Escalation: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and complex issues, escalate and bring in support from the broader Lincoln platform as needed.</li>
<li>Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings.</li>
<li>Client Partnership: Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.</li>
<li>Capital Project Management: Prepare and manage capital projects budgets and execution as applicable.</li>

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>MUST have a valid CA Property &amp; Casualty Insurance License with a minimum of 5 years of insurance sales experience</li>

<li>Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) mandatory</li>

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 450 hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification from an accredited training program (including Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard)</li>
<li>1+ years teaching experience preferred </li>
<li>Demonstrated instruction abilities, with experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus-based group class, with a genuine interest in student success whether novice or seasoned practitioner</li>
<li>Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client service</li>
<li>Genuine ability to connect with complete strangers on a personal level</li>
<li>Willingness to grow and remain a student forever</li>
<li>A sense of humor</li>
<li>Demonstrated anatomical knowledge and focus on safety</li>
<li>Maintain open availability for a minimum of 6 hours (2 shifts) per week</li>
<li>Skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Exo-Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities</li>
<li>Current CPR Certification</li>

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Arrive to studio a minimum of 10-15 minutes prior to class start time</li>
<li>Create a personal connection with each student</li>
<li>Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to the Club Pilates standards and guidelines for each of the class types and levels</li>
<li>Set up classroom appropriately: equipment, props, mat, music, lighting</li>
<li>Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use</li>
<li>Provide top-notch Pilates group class instruction using the appropriate apparatus </li>
<li>Follow up with students after class</li>
<li>Build community and connection with members</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe club during shift by assisting with cleaning tasks as directed by General Manager or company policies</li>
<li>Follow all procedures established by company to operate club in accordance with government health directives and guidelines</li>
<li>Stay up to date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times</li>
<li>Provide Pilates instruction for private and semi-private training as scheduled by a management and pursuant to Club Pilates standards</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
