Work with all departments on an as needed basis. Coordinates Engineering activity in the absence of the Engineering Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

<li>In the absence of the Engineering Manager, receives and reviews all Engineering request forms to decide problem and resolution and delegates in the absence of the Engineering Manager. </li>
<li>Responsible for timely repairs, maintenance, installation of HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Cooling towers, and related piping. </li>
<li>Responsible for meters, gauges, and other testing equipment, and to assure the accurate operation, in order to detect and identify problems and the appropriate path for repairs. </li>
<li>Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and PM reports. </li>
<li>Monitors and maintains the BMS (building management system) for accurate operation. </li>
<li>Works with outside vendors (pertaining specifically to the central plant, and associated equipment) to assure that repairs are carried out in professional and qualified manner. </li>
<li>Performs departmental technical projects which include, but not limited to, electrical and mechanical repairs. </li>
<li>Performs refrigeration repairs. </li>
<li>Performs metal fabrication welding repairs. </li>
<li>Performs Plumbing repairs. </li>
<li>Performs Electrical repairs. </li>
<li>Performs kitchen equipment repairs. </li>
<li>Performs Masonry repairs </li>
<li>Performs carpentry repairs. </li>
<li>Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. </li>
<li>Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance Regulations, and the ACRM and ACPS systems of internal controls, and standard operating procedures. </li>

 Working Conditions/Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs. Must be able to work in a smoke-filledenvironment. Must be able to work in a "lighting subdued" environment for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions to include extreme heat and cold weather. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate butwill escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Overview: 
The Ford-Lincoln Technician Careers Program is designed to promote the hiring of technicians with 3 or more years of professional automotive experience. Selection for the program is highly competitive in keeping with the tradition of professionalism found in the Ford-Lincoln brand. The primary goal of this initiative is to recruit and train candidates to become brand-certified Ford-Lincoln Automotive Service Technicians. Candidates must meet the requisite qualifications, experience and capability requirements, and be willing to attend a Four-week long in-resident instruction and certification course upon hiring. 
Pay: $40,000-$60,000 Annually (starting salary will depend on experience, education, location, and other factors).

<li>Performing assigned work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. </li>
<li>Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions and performing repairs, if authorized by Service Consultants (for customers). </li>
<li>Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure the availability of parts. </li>
<li>Saving and tagging parts if under warranty or requested by Service Consultants (for customers). </li>
<li>Examining the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. </li>
<li>Notifying Service Consultants if additional work is needed or if repairs/work cannot be completed within the time promised. </li>
<li>Documenting work performed as directed by Service Consultants. </li>
<li>Road testing vehicles to ensure the quality of repair and ensuring vehicles remain clean. </li>

 Qualifications: 
Qualifications, Experience and Capability Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Technician in an automotive service department. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license and a clear driving record </li>
<li>Ability to pass the following pre-employment screening requirements (drug screening, Motor Vehicle record report and a background investigation) </li>
<li>Be able to provide a minimum of three good work references, with current contact information. </li>
</ul>
 Must be able to: 
<ul>
<li>Operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely. </li>
<li>Drive a manual transmission (for road tests). </li>
<li>Read and comprehend technical instruction. </li>
<li>Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and operate hoist and test equipment. </li>
