General Summary&nbsp;
The Trimmer must be able to assure the greatest possible quality of product &amp; appearance. In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for processing. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining and following strict cannabis cultivation procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Ability to avoid shaving, crow’s feet, and visible stems with clean cuts of the bud&nbsp;

Expected to wear proper protective gear such as face masks, hair nets, gloves, scrubs, and beard guards if necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Follow strict biosecurity protocols, maintain sanitation of tools and person&nbsp;

Provide any help to the Trim Department to keep an organized and steady work flow.

Job Duties:

<li>Identify and qualify potential new accounts daily as per sales team's weekly goal</li>
<li>Develop sales relationships with new accounts via email, cold call and in-person visits</li>
<li>This is a self-employed independent contractor position, a 1099 job, which compensates 5% commission from contractor's sales</li>
<li>Update accounts with any new product(s) as they are released</li>
<li>Educate accounts on products through provided marketing materials and in-store training</li>
<li>Marketing collateral should continuously be distributed throughout the defined territory</li>
<li>Update CRM with client interactions, needs and sales orders</li>
<li>Manage and build brand awareness with current and new accounts</li>
<li>Attend internal sales calls</li>
<li>Stay current with industry trend to identify new opportunities for company growth</li>
<li>Work closely with Sales Management to ensure successful planning, development, and execution of your sales strategy plan to achieve personal and company sales goals</li>

General Summary
The Maintenance Technician / Lead is responsible for performing vital functions of the operation in a manner that is economically successful, strategically oriented, technically innovative, and safely executed. This individual will be responsible for all Mid entry-level maintenance under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager and/or general facilities maintenance technician/s.

General Summary
The project manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Must be Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures while relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must perform a variety of tasks, lead, and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Job Duties:

Job Qualifications:
