EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSE/CERTIFICATES

<li>Five (5) years of industry experience, and Journeyman Level or C-10 Certification or knowledge of the subject matter equivalent to those certifications.</li>
<li>Applicant must meet the equivalency of the minimum qualification as a general electrician with experience in Residential and Commercial (General).</li>
<li>Experience with teaching in the classroom environment or in the field, and working with persons of diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Must be able to manage paperwork and have basic computer skills to report student progress, training plans and attendance.</li>
<li>Possession of an electrical contractor’s license is highly desired, (but not required.)</li>

DRIVER’S LICENSE
Use of a personal or company vehicle for CET business may be necessary in the performance of assigned duties such as attending meetings and events, recruiting, transporting students, picking up materials, and running errands. WORKING CONDITIONS
In the capacity of instructional lecturing duties, position requires standing, sitting, talking, walking, reaching, twisting, and turning. The hands-on technical demonstration also requires bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, grasping, repetitive hand movement and fine coordination when using small hand tools. Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading reports and work related documents and using related office equipment, computer and other media tools. The ability to lift, carry and push tools, equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. The incumbent may be exposed to live circuits for the purpose of technical demonstrations. The incumbent may also be required to climb ladders, use power and noise producing tools and equipment. to create a comprehensive fundraising program for the theatre. The successful
candidate for this new position will have experience in various aspects of development
including major and planned gifts, annual fund, corporate and foundation giving and
special events. Knowledge of the Coachella Valley philanthropic community is a plus

Major and Planned Gifts Development:

and forming new donor relationships on an ongoing basis.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: School Site Therapists The therapists will work directly with the Executive Director, their Clinical Director and the School-Based Program Coordinator. They will provide clinical evaluations, assessments, treatment, and consultation as well as educational services when necessary. As a member of a clinical team, he/she will work in tandem with school personnel when appropriate to improve the behavioral and emotional well-being of the students they are serving. Therapists will provide services in schools, and rural communities, and in any other organizational environment of the Coachella Valley Unified School District system. They may design and deliver educational programs for community constituencies as well.
Minimum Job Qualifications: Personnel must have a Master’s or higher level of education, and be registered as an Associate or licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker. Master’s level professional Practicum Student (i.e. Trainees as an MFT, PCC, or CSW) are under the supervision of an LCSW. The Latino Commission Counseling Center retains the discretion to add or to change duties of the position at any time.

The Crew Person provides each Guest with a positive Guest service experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all Guests and employees.&nbsp; Essential Functions:&nbsp;The essential functions of the Crew Person position are denoted below in the following key areas:&nbsp; TOTAL GUEST SATISFACTION:&nbsp;Consistently provides a quality product and Guest service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction.&nbsp;

<li>Follows all Carl’s Jr. Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guest receive “Six Dollar Service.”&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards.</li>
<li>Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of Guests and employees.</li>

Requirements:&nbsp; EDUCATION&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable. Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with restaurant management, Guests and co-workers; bi-lingual skills a plus.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 TRANSPORTATION&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must have reliable transportation to work. ACCESSIBILITY Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant. HOURS Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.</li>
