Position Overview Our growing Company employs a small but mighty team, and the successful candidate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, studio operations, cleaning, and membership retention. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and handling merchandise purchases. In addition to strong customer service skills, they must have knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service. We expect our team to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales
<ul>
<li>Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.</li>
<li>Build relationships and understand a prospect’s fitness goals, and present appropriate&nbsp;services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct studio tours to establish rapport to facilitate sales; book appointments for and follow up after initial class visits.</li>
<li>Participate in promotional events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop sales skills by participating in trainings and company meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain in-depth knowledgeable about all products, programs and pricing.</li>
<li>Sell retail items and assist customers with product inquiries.</li>
</ul>
Membership Retention
<ul>
<li>Address member inquiries in-person and via phone.</li>
<li>Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members and visitors.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Studio Operations
<ul>
<li>Maintain a clean ,safe and welcoming&nbsp;&nbsp;environment per company policies</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations</li>
</ul>
