General Duties:

The Social Worker II is a social worker performing the case coordination tasks with the insurance and medical staff within the Skilled Nursing Facility Unit along with the complete range of social work services, including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical and therapeutic intervention to the persons served, their family members, and caregivers in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the employee’s resources and continuum of care, as well as follow up post-discharge for both the Skilled Nursing Facility and the inpatient units of the General Acute Care Hospital. The Social Worker II may be assisted by the clinical nurse manager and the program leadership when needed. It is expected that the Social Worker II attends interdisciplinary meetings, family conferences to receive input and provide feedback to the team on the person served, progress and needs. The Social Worker II shall participate in and demonstrate accountability for continuum of care (including post-discharge follow-up). Clinical social work services duties:

<li>Provides direct service/intervention to best meet the needs of the persons served by the departments.

<li>Assesses the persons serves and family needs in order to provide quality care:
<ul>
<li>Psychosocial assessments will be initiated on every person served within 5 days of admission.</li>
<li>Obtains information from staff and physicians, and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs.</li>
<li>Assists team in developing the patient/family plan of care.</li>
<li>Organizes and participates in family conferences for every patient weekly and as needed.</li>
<li>Assessments take into account age, gender, socio-economic, cultural and other patient specific characteristics when making clinical determinations and treatment plans.</li>

<li>Initiates discharge planning activities upon patient’s admission.
<ul>
<li>Assesses the discharge opportunities and barriers.</li>
<li>Discusses discharge options with the person served and their family to help guide the team on the needs, preferences, and capabilities of the patient and the support system.</li>

<li>Discusses patient rights with the persons served and their family members, including the right to request to formulate an advance directive.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Observing and Technical Operation: Operate surveillance equipment to monitor compliance with the Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, MICS/TICS, P&amp;Ps, and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws through detailed observations.</li>
<li>Video Review and Documentation: Review recorded footage to document findings, ensuring thorough reporting of compliance and operational integrity.</li>
<li>Handling Software for Gaming Machines: Manage software for gaming machines and verify various activities outside the Surveillance Room, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational standards.</li>

Qualifications/Education/Experience
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED. </li>
<li>At least one year of related full-time Gaming experience, Surveillance, Investigations, Law Enforcement, or Regulatory Environment. </li>
<li>Equivalent combination of experience and education that will allow the applicant too satisfactorily perform the duties of the job may be considered when filing the position. </li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain an Augustine Gaming License. </li>

Job Summary As an industrial manufacturer of energetic nitrocellulose based products, safety, and even more uniquely, energetic materials safety, is first and foremost on our mind. &nbsp;Both Industrial Process Safety and Energetics Safety must advise all of our operational activities on an ongoing basis. &nbsp;From the operators and supervisors performing processes on the production floor, to the engineering and quality teams making production process improvements. &nbsp;All need to be cognizant of safety needs, procedures, and regulations, and thus we require in-depth involvement from our safety department to ensure that we protect our employees from harm. The Manager of Environmental Health and Safety plans strategic improvements to our safety systems to ensure we operate a safe workplace and maintain our compliance with the Safety, Environmental, and Health regulations affecting our business, including relevant Pyrotechnic, Ammunition, and Explosive safety requirements. &nbsp;They also are responsible for leading, managing, and developing a high performing team of EH&amp;S technicians and engineers to drive continuous safety improvements into our manufacturing processes, and drive EH&amp;S related performance and productivity improvements into our safety team’s functional processes. Our EH&amp;S Manager needs to drive regular improvements to Quantity Distance (QD), reductions in At-risk behaviors, First Aids, and Recordable Incident rates, while simultaneously driving lower year over year safety and environmental related costs. &nbsp;This can be achieved by leveraging our Behavior-based safety program to identify key areas of improvement; partnering on projects with our manufacturing and engineering teams: and paying attention to the details of our business processes and driving out anything that wastes our team’s time and doesn’t make our employees safer. Primary Responsibilities

<li>Establish strategic plans for safety system improvements.</li>
<li>Provide leadership for our Safety and Environmental Staff, act as an example and mentor for what they can aspire to become and provide development opportunities to help them get there.</li>
<li>Steward our EH&amp;S values and develop an EH&amp;S vision and annual strategic EH&amp;S plan.</li>
<li>Achieve and maintain a world-class safety incident rate lagging metric, and regularly improve on our safety behavior leading metrics.</li>
<li>Drive regular improvements to energetic QD (reduce quantities, increase distances) and improve industrial hygiene for our employees.</li>
<li>Employ a risk management process for prioritizing our EH&amp;S improvement activities.</li>
<li>Ensure safety participation on process developments and process changes to help avoid rework and ensure smooth transition to production.</li>
<li>Improve safety standards and requirements and ensure up-front visibility of these requirements on all change activities.</li>
<li>Monitor changes to regulations and requirements, and ensure policies and procedures are changed or implemented to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Drive waste and ineffectiveness out of our safety and environmental processes.</li>
<li>Act as main point of contact for various regulatory inspections including Department of Defense, EPA, Cal/OSHA, ATF, and local governments.</li>
<li>Participate in Fire, Spill, Medical, &amp; Rescue emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Perform Process Hazard Assessments for all new products and programs and ensure regular revalidation of PHA’s for all existing products and programs.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.</li>
<li>Understand and live by client’s ethics and business conduct policies.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or above in Safety, Environmental Engineering or a related science and at least 5 years of experience in an EH&amp;S leadership role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated Strategic Leadership and process improvement experience.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication and People development Skills.</li>
<li>Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.</li>
<li>Highly desired: &nbsp;experience in an energetics related field, and strong familiarity with DOD 4145.26 Contractor Safety Manual, and Process Safety Management for Explosives and Pyrotechnics Manufacturing.</li>
<li>Industrial Manufacturing experience required.</li>
</ul>
