RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment</li>
<li>Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming &amp; session notes</li>
<li>Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications</li>
<li>Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks</li>
<li>Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software</li>
<li>Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments</li>
<li>Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.</li>
<li>CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.</li>
<li>Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.</li>
<li>Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.</li>
<li>Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.</li>
<li>Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.</li>

Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Player Development Executive is to effectively market, evaluate, recruit, establish, and maintain a professional relationship with new Southern California players. The Player Development Executive will develop and maintain superior relationships with guests by equal utilization of professionalism and personality. They will track and monitor guest feedback and participation on an ongoing basis to determine program effectiveness. Prepare, coordinate, host, and administer all complimentary and guest events.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Utilize years in the casino industry to bring and maintain new premium players to the property.</li>
<li>Will use marketing tools such as outside acquisition campaigns and resort amenities.</li>
<li>Will closely be monitored by the VP of Player Development on increasing the number of premium players to FSRC</li>
<li>Uses computer database to identify target players.</li>
<li>Speak with players in person or on the telephone to market promotions and events.</li>
<li>Walk through the casino to identify registered players and prospective players.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and analyze database for opportunities and productivity.</li>
<li>Approve and monitor comp issuance based on player performance.</li>
<li>Attend player events, interact with invited players, and provide guest service professionally and courteously.</li>
<li>Meet goals and objectives for daily phone calls and letters mailed to current, inactive, and prospective high-end players.</li>
<li>Meet goals and objectives for monthly casino revenue and player development.</li>
<li>Assist with the ongoing education of the Casino Host and Player’s Club staff.</li>
<li>Works with internal customers to ensure a successful and productive work environment and completion of work projects.</li>
<li>Assists in the planning and hosting of special events (on and off property), dinners, tournaments, promotions, and any event that contributes to the success of the department and company.</li>
<li>Uses contacts to generate new business.</li>
</ul>

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Is responsible for the ongoing education of the Casino Host. 
 
Requirements:
Job Requirements:

<li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older. </li>
<li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. </li>
<li>Three (3) years of gaming experience preferred, but with a minimum of 3 years of casino experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and friendly, outgoing personality required. </li>
<li>Must be a proven self-starter, flexible, versatile, and responsible. </li>
<li>Must be able to work all schedules, all days, and all shifts. Complete flexibility is required. </li>
<li>Prior customer service and sales experience preferred. </li>
<li>Computer skills are a must, and travel may be required. </li>
</ul>
