Your role at SIXT:&nbsp;

<li>You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution&nbsp;</li>
<li>You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services&nbsp;</li>
<li>You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections&nbsp;</li>
<li>You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators&nbsp;</li>

What you’ll need: &nbsp;

<li>Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Technical and Organizational Skills You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leadership and Decision-Making You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Technology and Travel Requirements You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts&nbsp;</li>
<li>Age and License&nbsp;You are at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work 40 + hours per week, including day/evening shifts&nbsp;</li>

You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.&nbsp; You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques</li>
<li>Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary</li>
<li>Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties</li>
<li>Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks</li>
