We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers / Truck Brokers who are ready to make a move from their current brokerage home to one that offers higher commission splits, independence, and a supportive environment.


Position:


Remote Truck Broker (Independent Contractor 1099)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow your own book of business with existing customers and carriers.
  
  
• Secure freight from shippers and negotiate rates with carriers.
  
  
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers, drivers, and carriers.
  
  
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication throughout the life of each load.
  
  
• Ensure on-time pick-up, delivery, and proper load tracking.
  
  
• Handle spot market and contract freight opportunities.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of all load activity.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a freight broker / truck broker.
  
  
• Proven book of business with established customer relationships.
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
  
• Strong carrier network and negotiation skills.
  
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable.
  
  
• Proficiency with TMS systems, email, and phone sales.
  
  
• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
