We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Route inbound & outbound calls to technicians
  • Deliver items to HOA's/Management Companies
  • Greet and assist onsite clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Maintain clean waiting room and office spaces
  • Restock office supplies
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Computer Skills/Typing Skills

Fabricating steel gates, maintaining and installing gate operators, complete gate system remodels as well as providing access devices and software programming for phone system directories. Looking to add another reliable, energetic team player to our family to help maintain the office, generate invoices, organize documents and dispatch service call requests.
