Job Description:
Old Brea Chop House is expanding, and we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, increase guest engagement, and generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and private event sales. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about hospitality, has a strong sales background, and understands the Palm Springs/Palm Desert market.
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, securing private dining and event bookings, and building strong relationships within the community to establish Old Brea Chop House as a premier dining destination. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission on sales, providing significant earning potential for a top performer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase guest traffic.
- Secure private dining and event bookings, working closely with guests to create unforgettable experiences.
- Establish relationships with local businesses, hotels, tourism groups, and influencers to drive referrals and partnerships.
- Manage social media accounts, digital marketing campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Represent Old Brea Chop House at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotions.
- Oversee advertising efforts, including print, digital, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage event logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between the culinary and service teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Palm Springs/Palm Desert market and local networking opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in generating business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be available for evening and weekend events as needed.
