We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Field Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

Perform expert-level HVAC service and installations.

Assist field techs on jobs when needed — troubleshoot, guide, and get hands-on when it counts.

Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to help team members grow their skills.

Keep jobs moving efficiently and ensure work meets our quality standards.

Be a go-to resource for technical support and team leadership in the field.

Reinforce company values, safety practices, and a strong team culture.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (multi-trade experience is a big plus).

Proven leadership qualities — you know how to support a team and bring out the best in people.

Strong communicator with a positive attitude and a solutions-first mindset.

Highly skilled technician who takes pride in clean, high-quality work.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $38–$50/hour (based on experience, trade skills, and leadership ability)
