ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members.
As a 30 year agent with State Farm, I am committed to helping people manage the challenges of everyday life. We offer options and education to help our policyholders make the best decisions for their situation and finances.
You will be providing customer service to policyholders from two other agents book of business as well. The toggle between three agent's book of business keeps the position interesting and rewarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
