Job DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry, specifically in Cathedral City, California, 92270, United States for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that revolve around improving our team member experience and supporting our People Operations function.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize technical skills to manage office systems effectively, including comprehensive use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other platforms
• Provide bilingual administrative support, efficiently managing correspondence, scheduling, and document management
• Uphold precise records and databases, ensuring the utmost accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee documentation, employing bilingual skills as necessary
• Foster interdepartmental communication and collaboration by acting as a liaison between different teams
• Address incoming inquiries in a detail oriented and efficient manner, both verbally and written, in both languages
• Contribute to the enhancement of administrative processes by identifying areas for improvement and executing solutions
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking, showing adaptability in a dynamic work environment.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
• Proven skills in recruiting and onboarding
• Familiarity with benefits administration
• Proficiency in Workday HR software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
