Job Duties:Oversee all aspects of employee relations and development during employee lifecycle.Development:
- Create clear pathways for growth and opportunity for all positions.
- Communicate development pathways to new hires and work with management.
- Partner with managers on new hire training schedules and training modules.
- Ensure all new hire onboarding and training is documented and satisfactory.
- Follow up with new hires and managers on feedback to improve onboarding.
- Enroll employees in certification courses and further education for development.
- Track and monitor accomplishments and completion of development courses.
- Partner with employees in key positions to learn their professional goals.
- Ensure growth of organization by continuously developing talent.
Correction:
- Partner with managers on corrective action as needed to ensure development.
- Evaluate employee performance reviews and partner with managers on improvement.
- Communicate concerns, poor performance and improvement plans with employees.
- Document violations, investigate complaints, and process disciplinary action.
- Facilitate legal review and approval for terminations of employees not fit for position.
- Partner with managers to process separations for poor performance not fit for position.
- Document and ensure compliance of all separations as per legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage offboarding process from beginning to end and terminate accounts in HRIS.
- Communicate terminations to all stakeholders including IT, Legal, and other departments.
- Ensure that all voluntary and involuntary separations are done with care, dignity and respect.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's preferred, Bachelor's required
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in training, development, and corrective action.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
