AC & Heating Service Technician

We serve Coachella Valley with innovative solutions for residential and commercial buildings and are currently seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems

- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts and components

- Collaborate with customers to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations

- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards and codes

- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and techniques through training and professional development

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude while working with customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC repairs and maintenance

- EPA certification for handling refrigerants required and NATE certification required

- Experience with a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
