What you will be doing:
This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the entire cultivation process of the company's product line. This executive position requires a unique blend of horticultural expertise, operational acumen, and leadership skills to manage the cultivation strategy and staff effectively. The director ensures that crop production meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
What you need for this role:
Experience as Priva operator, with demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Priva systems for environmental control and monitoring.
Must manage direct communication with vendors regarding troubleshooting efforts and coordinate consulting arrangements to ensure optimal system performance.
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Proven track record of successful cultivation management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
In-depth knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
Strong understanding of genetics and plant care, including a comprehensive knowledge of strains and breeding.
Familiarity with environmental control systems, irrigation, and soilless media.
