Palm Springs Kia is seeking an experienced, driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support continued growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
- Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and KPIs
- Ensure high CSI scores and customer satisfaction
- Oversee CRM usage and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with finance, service, and dealership management
- Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Sales Leader
- Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM systems
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
